Macrolane™: Non-surgical body reshaping
Macrolane™ is the first body shaping product using hyaluronic acid specially developed to non-surgically restore body contour volume.
It is suitable for body remodelling (buttocks, hips and calves), correcting surgical scars or skin imperfections from a liposuction procedure, mildly increasing chest volume and correcting Poland Syndrome.
The procedure is carried out by Instituto Medico Laser's team of expert plastic surgeons, all duly well-trained in the use of Macrolane™. Treatment lasts for 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the amount of product injected. It does not require general anaesthesia and the patient can immediately resume regular activity.
The gel injected into the body lasts for 18 months and can be maintained with annual boosters. Macrolane™ is an alternative to surgery in those cases in which the body shape needs to be restored or increased. It uses a safe and simple injection, leaves no scars and allows the person to return to their daily routine in no time at all.
